SCAM alert fabular3029 - eBay -Several big coins!!

This person just put several high dollar coins up on eBay with low Buy It Now prices.
His pictures are of other coins for sale legitimately by OTHER SELLERS.
I unfortunately BIT on one. I hoped to put a SCAM alert in as his first FEEDBACK, but
unfortunately I have to pay before I can leave feedback. In this case, a PR45 Gobrecht
Dollar - the real one is still active - item 200065481869
The one I "bought" is item 260075911056

I sent eBay an email - but who knows how long it will take to get him shut down.

    I also reported the Gobrecht to eBay. I'm glad to see that the bidder who BINed it is not getting burned.

    Zero Feedback, just registered yesterday and selling five figure items.......howz about that for three red flags for starters. I hope this has been a successful teaching lesson for you. Please be more careful in the future!

    Does anybody know anyone who has ever gotten burned on one of these? I know people who have gotten burned on motorcycle scams (people selling motorcycles they don't own) and similar car scams. But I've never heard of someone getting burned on a high quality coin sold by a scammer with stolen photos. I've sometimes suggested we slow down and not jump to conclusions about coins that appear to be a scam but the amazing coin nerds that we are, we always find the stolen photos and report them. I'd say the coin community does a better job of self policing than any other field I know.

    I think there is one especially funny line in this one: "<FONT color=#ff0010 size=7>Have alot of coins still to come."

    All of these items have been removed - including "mine".

    Isn't there a way to mark the item as paid? I haven't sent payment for 2 items and marked them paid...on My Ebay...now the Leave Feedback is showing.
