Either Of These Kennedy's Worth Submitting?

I thought these two looked pretty nice. But, I don't know if their worth submitting. I think the rough area on the neck of the 1967 and both have some roughness on the lower shileds, which means no? What Cha Think?

That rippled area on John's neck is supposed to be there while the cam break on the neck is not. Is that a scrape?

The shields don't look that bad.

I'd submit em.

But then ............. I'm a glutton for punishment!

Well, you need at least MS67CAM on the 1967 and PR69DCAM on the 1969 to make them worth submitting. You have them in hand, do they make those grades?
