Just found a 1966 blue book -anyone need a price?

Was going thru an old box in the attic. Found "1966 handbook of US coins" by R S YEOMAN
I could have picked up a Pan Pacific $50 octagonal for $3750 and a $20 double eagle (ex. fine)1907 Flying eagle MCMVII for $450
Anyone want to know a particular price?

I found the 1982 edition at a garage sale for 75c. It still has the original $3.50 price sticker.

Pan Pacific $50 Oct. Abt. Unc. 5,000 Unc. 10,000. The 1907 FE, MCMVII shows 2,000 in Ex. Fine.

Does yours have a listing for Fractional Currency?

Can you scan the morgan prices, especially those who were discovered in large quantaties in the 60's? It would be interesting to compare that to a late 50's example of the blue book (don't have one, maybe someone else?)

I have the 1961 Blue Book.
Same coin is $25 in VF.
Not a bad increase over 5 years

The librarian at the high school I teach at just gave me a 1966 Redbook. Boy, I thanked her a lot. Somebody donated some books and she thought about me.

    What luck!

I think it might be interesting to compare the Morgan Dollar prices listed in the '66 guidebook pictured here (during the pay-out era) and a few years before....image
