Have done business with Ellesmere in the past, routinely get their "The Winning Edge" market newsletter - it is a useful and informative read most of the time. Don't know anything about NACT; went to the Ellesmere website today and learned of the move. Here is a url if you're interested in reading details of their move from CT to CA.

When you see 10-15 "mergers" then you can worry.
ps. some consolidation wouldn't necessarily be cause for worry, just smart business, perhaps.
