if you remember the coin i tried to bid on was a 1910 lacqured proof. the only reason i wanted to bid on it was that you said you didnt know anything about removing lacquer. I thought that all blue copper you had been selling, less than a month after they were sold mint red, was because "lacquer" was removed. i really just wanted to see what was wrong with this matte proof other that lacquer. I know there was something wrong with it because you know how to remove lacquer. why wouldnt you remove it and send it in to be graded and make a killing? I was trying to get a dog off the market. We all know that in your world money is more important than reputation. I could care less that i am blocked. I didnt scream or cuss i could care less. Dont drag my reputation down on your ship. Please post where i screamed or cussed. I dont know that many forum members personally but im sure that my reputation is nothing short of pristine. Im sorry i called you out on selling at junk, again. Please Please back up your accusations of my foul reputation.

id rather a video of you in the TCM office handing them the check. Any idiot can write a check and take a photo of it.
In all honesty Pat this statement "A photocopy of my check in the exact amount of the donation will be forwarded to the winning bidder." really means didly squat. It's not proof of anything. To circumvent this method one could write a $1 check to the charity and make a photo copy of the back of the check only, showing it was cashed by the charity. Then write a check for $100 to the same charity, make a photo copy of the front but not send this check to the charity. The two photo copies would appear to be a legitmate check of $100 to the charity.
Repeat after me. "Trusted Forum Members". Seller, High Bidder and Under Bidder. Again, "Trusted Forum Members". Hmmmm...... trusted forum members has taken a beating this year.
This Braddick character is a perfect example of someone who is a smooth talker whose actions do not match his conduct. For all of the naive out there still falling for the BS, follow the conduct and not the words coming out of his mouth.
Pat has sold coins and continues to sell coins that would place non-forum members in the flames for a long time; it's been that way awhile and will continue to be that way.

So, are you saying there is some kind of diplomatic immunity for forum members?

the thread needs a new revelation or fresh perspective,
well, i don't know if it's a new revelation or if it's even a fresh perspective, but i'd wonder who feels they can trust this seller in any way now??? he would seem to have proven his true nature with the stuff that's gone on in the past year while also shedding new light on his conduct from 3-4 years ago. personally, i rank him down there with the worst that eBay has to offer.
i once respected him and enjoyed his contributions to the forum, had even purchased an item or two from him via eBay and had him bookmarked.
i guess braddick is happy with making baseless accusations and then disappearing into the night and keets i agree with your statement of braddick being among the lowest of ebay sellers. I also agree that i once respected his contributions but his true nature has been revealed.

Thanks, but the thread needs a new revelation or fresh perspective, or it is going to die an ignominious death pretty soon.

I could not disagree more with the above statement.
In my opinion, Pat is one of the good ones.
That said, I'm interested to see how this plays out! Interesting thread.

You probably need to ask the respected board members, and the circle of trust, neither which I am a member of.
