My first morgan buy on flea-bay for awhile!

I know its not rare, but it looks like one of those "will look great in hand" photos. Pics:

Final ebay hammer was $23.50! Looks like nice original surfaces with minimal contact marks. I'm gambling that the obv line is on the plastic holder. Let me know what y'all think!

    Looks like a scan. If so, that reverse could really be a looker!

    SemiPL in a date that is quite difficult with prooflike surfaces. The strike is exceptional too.

    Possibly. Although I owned slabbed coins I have never done a submission on my own, and it would be fun to try. What is the cost for an avg joe collector like me for a submission?

    That coin looks like it is in a PCGS holder already.

    If it is truly a PCGS MS-64, you got a $50 coin for half price.

    Edit: Actually, that is not a PCGS holder, could be a SEGS holder. Still a decent price, though, and probably still a MS-64.

    I can not tell for sure, but that line could just as easily be on the coin. The fact that it is still in a segs holder (if thatat statement is accurate) is an indication it may not cross to PCGS. But , at the price you paid, the risk may be well worth it.
