eBay continues to NARU good sellers on technicalities and honest misunderstandings, and this kind of crap seems to go unabated...

It never ceases to amaze me at how very easy it is to separate a fool from their money. I don't know squat about early dollars and can tell that one's an obvious fake. The design doesn't even look close to correct.

I may be naive in many things coin-related, but is this not a crime? Isn't this out-and-out fraud? Isn't it completely illegal to sell fake coins as real? Shouldn't the good doctor be rotting in a prison cell?

It does seem the U.S. government might get upset about this sort of fooling with the national coin.

This is also a good word to the wise that it's a good idea to find a seller's most recent neg to see what people complain about. There's a big difference between "Seller took three weeks to ship" and "Seller sells fakes."

That looks like the "looks all good to me" Savanna scammer. She has been booted off ebay several times.

Exactly how much fraud does it take until eBay NARU's this criminal? image

I'd love to see this seller get got by the feds for selling a fake coin and sent to prison for a long time

Booting these types of people doesn't help, they just come back under another ID and do another scam

Okay who is turning this one in. Fake coin, 20 negs in 12 months, mutally withdrawn feedback, private auctions. Who is bidding on these items? You cannot contact the bidder to warn, User ID kept private.

    Too many red flags.
