Need help with Photoshop and Imaging......Example Photo

What is the command to adjust the size and shape of the circle? If you see the bottom of the image you see I have a little more there than I should. I just could not control the transformation perfectly. Somebody told me in an older post but I can't find it.

Other than that I'm REAL HAPPY with this image of a 2006 AGE 20th Anniversary Uncirculated coin.

I dunno about Photoshop, but it's a cinch to shrink/resize pics with Paint, using the Stretch/Skew command.
