Bids are VERY strong so far in FUN auction coins.
Especially gold.
I think the results are going to be very surprising to many people.

Wow. Jealous?? Heard this one before. Dealers don't buy these multi-thousand dollar coins unless they have a client. Another year, another good sale...
<< <i>FUN will be the blowoff top of the coin market. Dealers and collectors will bid rarities to the sky and be buried in them and dealers will overspend and it will be a loooong summer for them and their large inventories and auction bills due. Bid up those coins boys. >>
And you are WHO?
<< <i>I'm amazed at the 1908-S..... >>
The $10 or the $20?
There have been 3 $20 1908-S 66's that have sold for 95-105K in recent months. This should easliy meet that level..probably the high end if not exceed.

I have to agree. I don't think any dealer in his or her right mind would bury themselves in thousands of dollars of inventory unless they knew they had a client or a ready market for a coin. Dealers don't just go to auction and bid willy-nilly on stuff they think might look good in their cases.
