Raw or slabbed? I really don't think you can go too wrong buying this coin right now.

Raw. I think I'm ok, because the anniversary set is up in value - as I paid reg price, I feel like I have made an extra hundred, even though I haven't sold. (That's how I will explain to my wife)

I can get MS60 NGC for 60.00 a piece. Is that pretty good?

    Not good at all.

MS60 is an extremely low grade for a newly minted unc bullion piece.
    Many happy BST transactions

I don't know why one of these would even grade MS60.

The MS68's are only like $40.00, why the big difference?

I don't have a crystal ball, however I purchased some NGC early releases MS69 @ 39.99 & was fortunate enough to buy a bunch before the craze. I was buying the 20th ann. sets minus the RP for $59.00. The 2006-W takes care of that price!!! I also have some coming from the mint & e/bay as well. If you wan't my opinion, BUY AS MANY AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
