1921 VAM opinion needed - - wide reeding?????

Just got this ebay purchase today. Its a 1921-P in a PCGS MS65 holder. Below is a picture of a section of the reverse, and note there are 2 die gouges above the S and T of STATES. Does this mean that it is a VAM 2A with Infrequent Reeding? I hope so, since I have only an MS62 in my registry set, and the current pops show only one 64, with none higher.
