Isn't that interesting? I was thinking that also when 192 lobsession said yesterday that we are all sick and he was using Mark's situation to slam us and leave at the same time.
When I joined, someone was doing this on a weekly basis, but I think it's been since early 2005 that it last happened.

I was a bit miffed when I started a cool thread about U.S. Coins and a poll seeing who wanted to talk about ONLY coins here, when I was inundated with insults and bluefish, Perry.
I owe some of you that much of an explanation. I even asked Carol if she needed help determining which threads were unacceptable. My thread got yanked.
Now that HRH has laid some ground rules and one comment already brought a ban, I can say

Like I told you, I like your posts, and I hope you stay. I was surprised at the overwhelming concensus yesterday that this place is here to stay, cuz I voted 1 month or less. Now that HRH has spoken, we know it was indeed a very close thing. Enjoy it while it lasts.

I don't think your thread got yanked because of anything you did. I think it got yanked because some of the comments made by others.
