coin registered to another user

How many times should I ckick "send e-mail" before I can get acceptably irked? image

  • 5 times should get you irked.
  • Just email Cosetta RobbinsEMAIL at the Collectors Club and she will take care of it. She will send them an email and they have 3 days to respond to her. If not she will ask you to send a scan of the obverse and reverse of the slabbed coin and then she will remove the coin from the previous owner's sets and you will be free to add it to yours. Let PCGS hassel with the previous owner.

    I have bought and sold alot of coins and made a few myself too, but I only had troubles like this 1x. I guess its fortunate for me. I had tried to figure out the culprit, but couldn't. I had bought the coin on Heritage.

    I finally had to do what DennisI says. Contact PCGS and let them deal with it.

  • I think its cool you want it registered NOW..got the fever and all that..This has happenned to me probably 6 or 8 times like you and even once where i was the bad guy( just flat out forget to take coin away from a non primary set) pcgs has been very good helping getting these things unravelled. Probably not on purpose, they just forgot or are out of town or dont visit the email adress listed as often as you would like.
