I've had the worst time of my life trying to get charges straight with ebay. You can only call them if you are a power seller with 20000 sales or more. They are the worst comapny to deal with. I've send 20+ emails and only recieve automated emails in response. They have suspended my ebay account and it's their fault and now have a collection agency calling my house. I now have contacted my attorney and we'll see what happens.

i beleive you will just get a recording, no real help, unless your a silver powerseller or higher.
the only help your doomed to get is LIVE help and some moronic tech jockey who will ask you to click links and fill out forms.
they are too big to offer real customer service. lol
