"Floppy" flip slabs???

  It is new to me as well. I think the "floppy flip" slab is probably going to be a very short lived variety though as they already are putting them in generic slab shells.

  Isn't there a Canadian grading company that uses sealed flips?

  Yes, a couple actually, and there is an Australian firm as well. There have also been some others in the past.
