What do you think this will close at?

I don't like his feedback

Add to the fact that its a private auction.

Breakup value is MUCH more. Why would someone take such a loss by selling in bulk?

    An 1886-O in MS-65? Perhaps a scrubbed AU-50.
Only a shill would bid that much.

The 1886-O Morgan in MS-65 the auction shows at $200,000. If it's an MS-60 by PCGS standards it bids at $510. "Buyer beware!"

I think of myself as knowledgable, but since the bidder obviously are not, I have no idea.

There is at least one legitimately rare gold coin in the auction though certified by NGC...

    $17,345.66
    $18,788.99
    $25,888.99
    $27,555.66

I have never fully understood incrimental bids using these odd dollar amounts in a high profile $$$ auction?

I can fathom these increments...this makes some semblence of sanity.

Wow, no wonder that's so valuable. An 1828 dollar is pretty darn rare!

I wonder what country it's from.

What is "NAS"? Is it short for NASTY? image

if all the gold was genuine, which im not sure it is, the melt on the gold alone would be roughly around 24,000. who knows it might turn out to be a bargin, but i doubt it.
