eBay wouldn't be half bad if it wasn't for sellers like that.

As much as like to see justice served, I am not sure I would take on that ulcer.

Personally I thought some of the feedback left by the seller was pretty appalling! I am suprised it didn't meet the 'criteria' for removal. So I complained image.

"Feedback > Feedback concerns > The problem you're having with feedback isn't listed

    Item Number: 120054710372

Message: Several feedbacks left by the seller of this item to the buyer are quite offensive, and I would be appalled if a child stumbled across them. The other items include 120054705429, 120054705782 and 120054704965. I do not appreciate the slurs made regarding the parentage of the buyer, or the activities implied. Quite disgusting and have no place in a family friendly environment."

One of the major reasons I believe that private auctions should be banned. The guy is right, ebay is making millions on fraud. It's not surpising they allow it to happen. Sooner or later though I think it's all going to come crashing down.

  • I have had that protest listing on my watch list for almost a week. I have been very suprised that ebay did not pull it. I am also suprised the guy who is the target of fraud has not bid $10,000 and make this poor guy fight to get the final added fees back. As far as ebay crashing and burning.....well, there is always someone predicting the end of the world, with no real success.

It seems to me that when a company continues to allow fraud and profit from that fraud, someone other than the general public is eventually going to take notice.

Where is that great defender of the common coin collector, chuck lipcon when we need him most? Shouldn't he be filing a class action suit somewhere? Not enough visibility? Not enough scratchola ?

Glad somebody's taking a shot though image

I agree, Feebay seems to embrace fraud, it's been going on for years, why stop now. Meg always maintains, Feebay isn't for everyone.image

image As long as eBay gets their cut, they don't give a $___! Ever see any of the eBay management interviewed about the counterfeit items problem - - total stonewalling. image
