Need some help grading Indian cent

Ran across a e-bay auction ( 320047894435 ) Coin was discribed as "MS-64 with 2 diamonds"
I thought to grade at least a MS-60 the coin would have to show 4 diamonds. Could I get a lesson in grading Indian cent's from XF on up.

    Kind of crummy pictures but it looks more like an EF40 to me. I'm seeing separation of the ribbon from the lower hair curl but just barely. The color also seems odd, but I'm attributing this to the crummy pictures. The dark patch on the obverse cound be corrosion...tough to tell.
