Anyone need a nice "Key Date"

I don't know why Ebay doesn't crack down on this type of advertising which is blatantly false. I can understand differences of oppinion on grade, but this is not a key date and it's being advertised as one.

if you want to complete a set, it is a must have, so in that sense, it is a key date. Ebay will never police at this level

Top bid is 550x face, how can that not be a key date?

From the auction: "But I am not a coin dealer! so you be the judge!"
Is it asking to much for a non-dealer to be able to ½ way grade something?
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

A key date is the date a seller has apparently. I have seen them do 80-S and 81-S Morgans as keys. I just saw a 91-CC described as an extraordinary rarity of the highest degree. A shame the seller didn't notice it is also the elusively ubiquitous spitting eagle variety -- the most exploitable one in the Top-100 set.

It is sad to say there are JERKS like you that don't have anything better to do but to HARASS other people! If you would learn how to read! IT STATES IT IS A COIN RARE IN THIS GRADE!! notifty anyone you like!!!!!!Maybe I should notifty eBay for Harassment on your part....

I guess the seller didn't like someone stating their objection to his using the term "key date".... image
My style is impetuous, my defense is impregnable !

"rarity" is a subjective term. For example, you may consider a coin like that rare because you cannot find those in circulation any more.

I don't care that someone says it's rare, but the use of the term "key date" is false advertising.
