  Should I take the chance. What would be the percentage I would get a 68 or 67?

  I've bought slabbed coins from brccoins on Ebay and had no problems at all. He seems like an ok guy. Good luck.

  I do not know the dealer, but the deal sounds fair...based on the prices I see on Ebay and the number of 68's I see being graded. I know that wondercoin sold three PCGS 69 sets today in a dutch auction for $350 a piece. My wife bought one of them.

  The dealer is reputable, so no problems from that perspective. Many of these have been coming back graded only 68 so there is some risk in submitting them yourself. Minus submission fees, the $150 spread doesn't seem excessive.
