Date Ranges For PCGS Holders

Forgive me if this has been asked and answered before,
and I know that the powers that be at PCGS don't want
us to know the date of our slabs, but...
Has anyone done a "date range" list for the various
holders? Like what years did they use the first
generation holders, and what years did they use
the green label holders with PCGS at the top? When
was the bar code on the back, when was it on the
front, etc.?
Even if I don't know 'exactly' when my coins were
graded, it would be nice to have a date range.

Thanks stman!! This is great, and just
what I was looking for!!
And a real pat on the back to Conder
for the research that went into such
a task!!
The first thing I had to do while reading
this was to check out my first generation
Walker, to make sure the holder wasn't
fake!!
Lots of terrific information there!!
