AGE question--after First strike

Ok, now the period for First Strike is gone, and I figure about 1000 sets will have been graded with FS or about 10% of the total minted. Toss in the sets graded across the street, and maybe 25% of all sets are graded already. If the majority of the rest were opened to keep, inspect, sell on ebay or other place, whats left unopened? The rest of the sets, if opened, can never get attributed as 20th Anniversary--so how many unopened boxes remain that can be graded with the PCGS 20th Anniversary label? I am betting its less than that 10% of PCGS FS sets--maybe way under. any thoughts on this? What is the collectibility of a set with just 20th Anniversary on it?
Anybody with unopened boxes might want to look at the box again and ponder.

<< <i>Not sure. BUT if your unopened box is postmarked before 10/24/06 from the US mint you can have it sent in for first strike indefinately. It is NOT when you send it, but as long as the original postmark is prior to 10/24/06

Thank you Carol!
Now, what is the exact cutoff date (postmark on original box) for the ASE 3pc set? I saw Ron's response but have heard 11/11/06 bantered around....given that it SHOULD be 30 days post first release/receipt, the 11/11/06 sounds much more appropriate.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
for the silver sets date is 11/11/06
Don't forget it has nothing to do with when YOU postmark them, it has EVERYTHING to do with the date marked from the fulfillment center to you.

The silver set is 11/11/06. The gold set is 10/24/06 as is the 2 pc set.

So basically now I rushed around like an idiot for nothing, and wasted more money for postage to get the thing to PCGS before October 24? This is ridiculous, with every rep saying something different. I don't know who carol is but she should be answering the phone or supervising or something.
I've had my own questions and have had to double check myself more than a few times.
As for answering the phones, I've been known to do that once or twice when we're short staffed.
