Truman coin collection?

Has anyone seen the Harry Truman coin collection. We are taking a ride into KC
to view the collection, on display at the KC federal reserve bank, and I wondered
if anyone can tell us what we might expect to see? Thanks if anyone has any specific info.

Thanks Amanda, that's where we got the idea to go, after searching for local collections
to view. I was just thinking maybe someone in the midwest might have some insights beyond
the f/r web site.

If anyone is impressed, I worked for 8 months at the KC Fed as a visiting scholar. This was a couple of decades ago and I don't recall that they had the Truman collection on display at the time. But they had a really nice tour, which at the time was open to the public. Plus they had a really nice restaurant with subsidized prices (prime rib for $1.50 and the rest of the workers there were peeved because the price had been raised from $1.25!) which definitely was not open to the public.

My dad grew up a few blocks from Truman's private residence in Independence. He (dad) built a house on the other end of his parent's large lot and we lived there when I was a toddler--perhaps 60 to 64 or so. We used to see Truman out for his walks in the neighborhood. I just barely remember it. --jerry
