Newbie for grading 2006 20th Ann. How do I?

I want to use NGC for my grading service but I am new. Does anyone know If I can use my 5 free submissions for this? If so where do I get the forms to fill out and wehre do I send them? Do I send extra money tohave the packages sent back to me and for the return postage? I need these questions anaswered but thier website is not helpfull. I will be one of those that ordered to late to get the first strike so I decided to go with NGC. Thanks in advance
