Silver sets to PCGS First Strike?

What is the most inexpensive way to submit the 3 piece silver sets for grading to PCGS, not the postage but the grading fees? I have 3 sets I will be sending. What is the cut off date for First Strikes for these sets?
Thanks for any information.

Not sure if the cut off date has arived yet, but I sent the 3 coins in on a bulk modern order. You dont have to send in the minimum 5 coins as required with a normal modern submission. The cost was 14 dollars for each coin plus $10/each for the First Strike designation. I think that is the cheapest way to go. They received the coins on 10/19/06 and the grades posted on 10/14/06. They graded them in lightning fast time, but the grades sucked I got a MS68 and a PR68 on the reverse proof and a PR69DCAM on the proof.

I know because I called and this what I was told

As far as the cutoff dat for ASE's, I've heard Nov. 4th thrown around.

Once the first strike hooplah is over the 70's should start coming up more. People will actually be looking at their coins and only sending in the best ones for certification. Alot of these 68's won't get sent in.
