Well first you need to go here: Join the club.

After you join the club, you can then print out the submission forms. You may need the help of a member here your first time, or call PCGS and they will help you.

If you join the Platinum they will send you a welcome package along with forms for 8 free submissions. These will get to you rather quickly.

I thought they would arrive slowly, so I submitted the coins in haste and the next day my welcome package arrived. No harm no foul as I will be submitting many more coins shortly.

    Best of luck to you.

    Rob

You could consider selling for $1,700 on the BST Board.

Or do as stated above. Select Modern Service ($14 per coin) and under other services add (write in) First Strike/20 Anniversary ($10 per coin). Package your unopened Mint box in another box with the submission form and package for registered mail shipping. This mean the gummed paper tape over all seams on the box. Easiest to use three long pieces, one around each end, and the other around the girth across the main opening. This must be the paper tape that can be written on, as the postal clerk must postmark every seam. Address to PCGS, with Bulk Department on the outside. Fill out a registered mail form. Take to the post office and mail.
Give Blood (Red Bags) & Platelets (Yellow Bags)!
