I wondered the same, but I can't see a spot on the front that looked like it matched. I would assume it would be at about 5:30 in the gowns folds down by the legs, but I don't see anything there.

Might just be a water spot. They can be alarming sometimes.
And yes, seated coins can be very addicting, especially if you start doing varieties.
On the half's reverse the circle is some sort of spotting. It hasn't been plugged although I kind of wondered until I got it in hand. The dime is also my first CC piece so its double special.
As far as being addictive....... what I didn't say is that the same day I received these, I also received 2 other seated halfs
I didn't post them because they are probably just G-VG's. I havent really figured out how these are graded yet, but I'll read up on them soon.
