You've still got options. Also if he cashes your check and you get nothing I believe they call that Mail Fraud.

feedback.
Do an advanced search under Harbor Coin and you'll find 3 previous posts on this guy. Both Coin LT and myself have had bad experiences with this joker. I had two. Funny thing was I got waxed by Harbor Coin and then won another auction down the road for Brian Timmons not realizing he was aka Harbor Coin. Feedback appears to be "good" but they specialize in overhyping most every coin they sell. They do not honor their return privileges as stated for raw coins. They specialize in fuzzy photos of OGH and rattler coins and say how nice they are. Don't buy the hype.
Purchased a raw $1900 coin from then and was assured by Mr. Timmons it could be returned if I was not happy with it. That was before I even won the lot. They would not respond to my emails for weeks after I received the coin. They claimed I didn't return the coin within 3 days so my return was voided. In fact I was afraid to return the coin to them fearing they would keep the coin and the money. The coin was worth $1600 or so being out $300 was better than $1900. I emailed them within 12 hours of receipt of the coin to say I was sending it back. They didn't respond to that email or any other over the next 3 weeks. I knew I had been had. No sense in using 4 letter words to describe them. They know what they are.
If your coin is a common one, they might be out trying to buy one.
Their word is not worth much in my book. I'd give them a wide berth.
If you win anything, you'll pay FULL boat for the coin's quality. If it's slabbed you own it, regardless of how badly it was mis-described.
A very profitable business model.

I have sent this Joker 5 emails in the last week. He does not even respond. He cashed my check on 10/3.
Anyone have a phone number for this guy?
