Morgans safe to buy?

Is there something wrong with this person's Morgans on ebay? The pics look a little weird to me.

But the bottom line is, the seller doesn't believe it's an MS65 because he has it priced as a 63. If you want an MS63 1921 Morgan, then it looks like a nice piece.
But it isn't a 65.

Accept the fact that real coins are priced for what they are.
<< <i>$25 for an MS63 1921 Morgan is not far off. The photos are not confidence inspiring, but they do have a return policy... >>
The policy is, "Because this coin is part of an estate, please ask all questions before the end of the auction as all sales are final."
If you are willing to take that risk and have a educated guess at what you think the grade is then you make the purchase. Otherwise, consider it window shopping and move along.
hint: sellers that use the term "high grade" to describe a coin's condition are usually con artists.

The first Morgan was photographed at different angles and the shot that showed the fewest hits was selected. I don't really consider that to be "doctored" -- after all, the price was fine.
BUT that second link? That was a fine picture of one of the ugliest coins I have seen today.

For 25 bucks I like yours better than this one he is selling at the same price. They are both "Investment quality," but this one is also a "KEY DATE."
