Tru-View Picture Question

Paid for my first Tru-views and when I check the coin number I can see the picture. When I click on it, it opens to a separate window. However it is a bitmap file not a jpeg file. Is this normal?

I don't know if it's normal, but if you save it to your computer, you should be able to convert it to a .jpg file with any photo editor type software.

    What's the cert number?

You should be able to get the JPG files in the TrueView directories.
    For example, your first cert#

PCGS also should send you the images via e-mail - for both the coins that got slabbed and BB's.
