Do you think this coin is AT?

I've asked this once before, but got no responses. AT?

Go ahead and tell me the truth -- I can take it!

I don't know, but that is quite the strike!

    It looks AU.

I could be wrong, but looks NT to me- some buffs tend to tone that way in albums, and it looks like this one has spent some time sitting in one.

That is one of the most attractive buff's I've seen in a while.

    It just looks old.

WARNING! PASSIONATE COIN COLLECTING POST BELOW!!!!

The coin got bodybagged last time through PCGS. I have some high grade Buffs, and some more expensive ones, but this is the one that I love the most, and will probably never sell.

I'm not a fan of toning in the sense that most people are. To me, toning like this accentuates the designers image and enhances it. It supplements the coin, rather than add something to it.

This one coin has me thinking about getting a 20th century Capital type set holder, and putting my favorite coins of each denomination in it so I can view them all at one time. That is the essence of a personal coin collection.

If I had to bet, I will never send this coin in for grading again. As a side note, I cracked it out of a PCGS MS62 holder five years ago when I was doing my album set, without regard to plastic.

You left out the word "weak" right before strike. image
Anyway, others posted that it was NT & album tone but it looks questionable to me because it's a strange color for a circ. I wouldn't think it would pass at PCGS so I guess that makes me 50/50 on being correct. image

Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.
