Civil War Cent?? Confederate? help!

This was in my mom's collection that she passed on to me. She was an avid treasure hunter and probably dug it up, explaining the corrosion and being in the ground 100+years.
It looks like a cent, but there is no deminotaion indicated. It is cleary 1864. The obverse is a bust, facing right with liberty across top and 12 stars along the border. The reverse says "Our Army" surrounded by a wreath. There could be something else both above and below the "our army" but I can't find my lupe tonight. First time posting pics, I'll try again.
What is it? How rare? Any value? Thanks!

I collect mostly moderns and I'm currently working on a US type set.

Sounds like a civil war token. Issued by merchants in the north due to a shortage of coins in circulation. 1864 is a late date for CW
tokens however as most are dated 1862 or 1863. Could be something else.
