you need to call the mint to find out what the problem is.
If you dont you may not get your order.

I had a problem with my credit card company. Even though the charge was within my credit limit, Chase Card Services denied the charge because it was not within my usual purchase range.

Call the Mint, and ask to speak with a Senior Representative. Ask what the problem was. If necessary, call your credit card and OK the transaction.

Same experience here as the Cap'n. A few phone calls resolved it. My credit card company actually needed the exact charge amount, and would only do a 24 hour authorization.

Thanks to all respondents, I called the CC and they authorized it. Last week we had an identity theft problem with the card and this was an unusual expenditure.

yes but that doesn`t mean you will get your set(if you are referring to the AGE set). mine says on hold and i`ve called numerous times to the mint. they tell me its been cancelled already. also called my CC company and they don`t limit purchases up to my limit. it turns out in my case that they were trying to bill a CC i used on the mint site a while back but its not the CC associated with my account at present. go figure. anyway i hope you get your set. sorry for my rant.
