AGE sets..going up or down in the near future

I finally received my AGE set and honestly have been surprised I haven't seen more postings on here of others getting them.

Maybe that first shipment was bigger than half of em. What do you guys think the prices are going to do in the next couple weeks? I thought for sure more would be on Ebay but the price seems to be holding somewhat.

I can't tell how much is hype and how much is true value out there. What do you all think?

I'd agree with this. Those that have the cash and can pay for them, and hold, will make more.
Those that speculated for the quick cash will get some.
Those that speculated but hold short term (but not quick flip) won't make as much, but will still make some.....and will be paying credit card charges possibly....

Swest....not more threads on receiving them because some of us don't bother with the thread on it. First few have arrived, so no more "I got mine first" threads. Now, it is a few scattered threads on receiving them (i've received mine), and soon to be "Stupid mint! I speculated and gambled and didn't get any to flip! But, my order was accepted!" (nevermind it said very quickly that orders were being taken but may not be filled)

Would be interested to know what CoinVault and those other TV bubbas are paying (if they are buying) as, if they are buying, the sets will go up. If not, then they are ripping the buyers but don't see longer potential in them other than a quick flip.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

Flip... Hold... Flip... Hold. What a delicious decision. Ain't speculation grand?

    Yep.
That's why I decided just to flip mine. Money today, no credit card bills to worry about.

AGE is American Gold Eagle. They are refering to the 3 piece AGE 20th anniversary set that the US mint is now sending out after selling out in less than a day. They are rapidly going up in value.

Well I took a chance and shipped mine out to PCGS yesterday. I threw my hat in the PF70 gamble pool. I just hope over the next five days (grading time) the price on ebay stays the same or climbs higher image.

I think I am inclinded to go with a flip on my one set. I just hope I didn't lose a few hundred dollars in price by waiting for the grading.

I received one set on Monday and I am expecting another set today. (Missed FedEx yesterday) I will be sending both sets off to be graded tomorrow. If I get some 70's back I will only sell one set if not I may sell both. However, this may change once I actually get to see the coins. If they look nice enough I may have to keep them anyway.

I know the angst about not seeing em. This is my biggest coin purchase and I couldn't even look at them. I really want to see that box and all the gold looking at me. I did request they return all my mint packaging.

I am planning on selling the set or part of the set depending on grade. However, once I see em in person I just might waver. If nothing else, it would seem like a good investment due to scarcity.
