    From Kitco's website:

Please note: Due to the technical difficulties, Platinum and Palladium prices are temporarily inaccurate. We are currently not accepting orders for any Platinum and Palladium products. We apologize for any inconvenience. This issue will be resolved shortly. Thank you for your patience, and continued interest in Kitco's products and services.
