end roll something or other ??

From listing: Strange toning pattern on the reverse of this morgan, looks like a rainbow tiger. All I'm going to say is: "This coin is raw, please take a look at the pictures and bid accordingly".

What does this mean ?

That's eBay speak for "this coin was previously submitted and bodybagged."

thanks russ. I know this person is a board member and Im not trying to "out" him/her as anything, but I dont have the coin background some people have... I didn't want to misunderstand the subtlety (spelling). I figured they were alluding to the fact it was not slab-able because of suspected AT, but I dont know why they wouldn't state it more explicity...

Something blocked the toning progression; maybe creases in the mint bag was in contact with it, other coins were on edge in contact with it in a mint sack, wrinkles from coin envelope, distorted paper in Whitman albums, cracked acetate slides in Danscos and countless other things coins are in contact with.
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.
