Does anyone read between the lines and see this coming? Are the 2006 Reverse Proof a one-off item? For 2007 the Mint may offer these RP's as individual coins like they offer the "W-Uncs."

True, but the US-Franklin Mint is in love with collector money. Ethics are out the window.

That is a rather broad statement.
So what do you think the mint is doing that says ethics are out the window?
a) Letting mint employees order start ordering rare sets 1 day early.
b) Striking additional classic coins for mint employees.
c) Knowingly letting mint employees modify dies to create varieties.
d) Letting speculators jump to the (wrong) conclusion that the Unc-W would only be available in the 20th Anniv Sets.
e) All of the above.
<< <i>When the mint operates at a profit, that profit returns to the US Treasury--nothing to complain about there.

I think they will offer the "W" from now on.
It is billed as the 'introduction' of the "W".
We'll see.
But I think the Rev. Pr is a one shot deal. Again we'll see.
