    about time.

In a small way this has been addressed. If a bidder does not respond to the non-paying bidder process they will not be able to leave you feedback once the issue has been officially closed. And don't forget, every NPB complaint which does not get resolved counts as a strike against the buyer. Upon receiving a third strike their account gets automatically and immediately closed. So don't forget to file those NPB complaints when you have a deadbeat.

Yes, and no. They actually can post feedback, but the rating is automatically removed and the comment left in place with an addition noting that they did not respond to the NPB process.

So much for private feedback which I don't feel is a problem, I simply won't bid on a sellers auction that hides it. The real problem is private auctions with all the shilling that goes on and hiding the sucker bidders IDs.

I agree with the "retaliation" negative feedback left by unscrupulous sellers who have no other recourse but to give you this unwarranted red hit…I’ve gotten two in 8 years…undeserved, because the issues went unresolved by the seller. I just didn’t have the urge to bid on items where the seller hid anything…much less their feedback, but this does show progress on the part of e-bay to correct on-going issues. Thanks for the up-date.

Not outstanding Russ. More like it's about time they got their head out of their ass and got the basics down, now let's see some real measures taken?

Wouldn't this be more appropriate on the open forum as it really has nothing to do with coins? Oh wait, nevermind.
