Big time error on 2005 D Buffalo

I hate to be a pain but would you have something like this graded since the Speared Bison is selling for so much money.I don't know if i should or not....image

    Setting humor aside now, would this speared specimen be viewed as a die gouge or strike-thru or what, and would it be considered a variety or an error. I have some rolls to go through and need to know if ones like this should be set aside.

    Is the mark raised or incuse? It kinda looks like a bag tick. If it is raised, then it is a die gouge. Whether or not to get it graded is up to you. To me, it is not worth it, UNLESS the grading service will recognize it as a variety.

    It looks like a raised die gouge to me. If I find one, I'll set it aside for possible future attribution if they ever become a recognized variety.
