The book is expensive, and I'm poor.

I think Robert is pointing out that the book calls it a "Common" variety.

There are four varieties listed. One is the accented hair, another is a variety of the accented hair in which "there is moderate doubling on IN GOD WE TRUST, LIBERTY, the date, and the upper hair." There are also two DDO's listed for the non-accented die, both of which are primarily focused on doubling on WE TRUST and LIBERTY.

There are a zillion DDO's for the 1964 proof, and every Accented Hair is a DDO. They're as common as dirt.

They don't list the transitional variety?

Russ is just throwing you off the trail so he can corner the market in AH Kennedys. Competition drives up prices.

He's a sneaky guy, that Russ. I would highly recommend an accumulation strategy.
