Could I trouble the kind forum for a few grade opinions? edited to add: The vertical scratch is on the slab, not the cheek.

The current NGC official grade is MS66...The coin looks much better in hand. I still haven't mastered the art of imaging bright silver coins.....Next stop....crossover

I doubt the milk spots would go away with a dip. They are etched into the surface from the rinse used at the time to clean the planchets.

small die crack.....doesn't extend off the neck.

Very slight chatter tells me 64.... I dont really see a lot of hits on this one... but when you go into 65+, luster is the key with PCGS as I've seen several highly marked 65's and 66's I'd call 64 all day long... Just go to Heritage now and look at them...

The reverse has a weak strike, but the coin sure looks MS67 to me.

With those pictures.... I'm sticking with 64.....

If your coin has "the look" with glazed over frost over the entire eagle's reverse with unbroken luster.... then we'll talk upgrade...
