    NO, doesn't look familiar and that is a pretty good die gouge. Not a gouge in the coin, evidenced by the light/shadow.

    It looks like the 1B obverse- Horizontal die gouge through lower hair

    Oh yeah, that is definitely it. Not a rarity but pretty darn interesting. 79-S (SAF) is a date I haven't spent enough time with.
