Questions on silver eagle toning????

Many of the coins in my Dansco album, have started to show some purple toning around the rims.
Will these become rainbow toned, or just turn purple?
If I don't like the way they are toning, can it be stoped and removed?
And if I do nothing, would this be considered AT, even though I'm not trying to cause it?

(Old man) Look I had a lovely supper, and all I said to my wife was, “That piece of halibut was good enough for Jehovah”.

Quick question. Do you put the plastic slides on both sides or just on the back side to keep the coin from falling through?
