How strict is PCGS on the value of each coin when using economy submissions?

I may have overlooked this.... It says that any economy submission (10 coins US only) can only have a value as high as $ 300 per coin.... ? I have a 10 coin crossover submission that has some coins worth thousands each... image

They let an occasional coin slide, but if you have multiples on the same submission you might be getting a phone call.

  • Would they then just charge me a different level fee for the lot? 10 coins at $ 300 is $ 3g... I think mine was around 6..... ?

Not terribly strict -- i.e. they will not nail you for one or two coins worth $350. But if you abuse the limit, meaning every coin is obviously worth $500 or more, they will probably call you.

....then they will "lose" the shipment in the mail and you'll get your stated value. image
