Telling if a morgan is pl or dmpl for sure from a pic isn't possible, but you can usually get a good idea. I would say 65pl. Nice coin.
Listen. Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony. Will’sProoflikes
I recently cracked out 4 NGC DPL's and sent to PCGS expecting 2 to come back DMPL. I received 3 PL's and 1 DMPL. I'm a little pissed about the 1 i thought would go DMPL.....I suppose PCGS thought the rev. didn't have the nuts; which sucks b/c as long as the Obv. is solid DMPL and the Rev. is strong PL, in my book you should get the grade.......especially for anything dated 1878 - 1879. She will obviously be sent for regrade.
Same applies to PL, both sides must show considerable mirrors to be graded PL. Don't assume just b/c the pic shows a bit of cameo that it automatically qualifies as PL, more than likely it's not. b/t/w - if you don't know what PCGS PL standards are, don't be disappointed when you're shafted on your NGC or ANACS PL crossovers or crackouts; or even crackouts of rattlers or short barcode green label PCGS holders.

I would have said 66PL. I think you did very well.
