2004 S lincoln

I found a 2004-s proof penny from the silver mint set with a die crack on the reverse from the first (T) in states to the (E) just below it. But what is strange is the united states (TED ST) has a silver lining above theese letters? HAS anyone seen this? I can't focus a snapshot of this, sorry

The "silver" above the letters is probably a result of a break in the copper plating which then stretched open a little and allows the zinc core to be visible. You can frequently see this along the outer edges of letters on business strikes.
