If by tough you mean tough as in I'd have a tough time giving a Scotch-Brited XF an MS63, then yeah, I guess that's tough. It's also keyword spamming with several references to PCGS and includes an Forbidden Link™ that goes off eBay.
Wow, and extra high relief, low mintage key date MS63 that was graded by "tough" graders! And the coin is "well stuck, with all the details there and clear, on the front and on the back". So on these extra high relief dies, there must not have been any hair detail at all, or feathers on the eagle. Because we all know ANI is so tough, they would not grade an AU53 as an MS63 right?
