Am I right in thinking this is an O/CC variety?- updated new photo

Bought this circulated Morgan 1900-O a while back, am I right and am I seeing an O over CC mintmark? Using the vam book I think it is vam 11, it has the little tail coming off the right side of O mint mark and shadow of what looks like another C to left of O mint mark. I picked it up for less than $20 off ebay (including shipping), it was advertised as AU, but I think it is more like XF. I decided to keep it when I saw the mint mark, how did I do? Here are close ups of mint mark:

Looks like a VAM-8 to me but with the guide, you can be sure.

You can also see the die crack at bottom of bow - characteristic of Vam 11 I believe. Also on obverse date is shifted very far to left- inside 2 denticles and has open 9 which makes it the III2'3 obverse not the III2'5 associated with the vam 8 (at least I think). Then again it does have the little filled section of the G in "God" so maybe it is a Vam 8 anyways here are a couple of shots of the whole coin:
Congrats.
b/t/w....looks like a VAM 11 - it's a tad too high for a VAM 8
