Take a shot at the grade on this 1828 bust half I just cracked

Here is one that just became raw today. Guess the grade that was on the slab. This one is too white from an old dip so it needs some fresh air to regain some of its glory. I picked this one up because I needed this variety- can anyone tell the variety on this one? The coin is not hairlined and does have a good bit of luster left even though I know these pices show no luster.
Can any of the bust guys tell me if that is just die lumps from a rusted die arount the birds talons?
