Take a shot at the grade on this 1828 bust half I just cracked

Here is one that just became raw today. Guess the grade that was on the slab. This one is too white from an old dip so it needs some fresh air to regain some of its glory. I picked this one up because I needed this variety- can anyone tell the variety on this one? The coin is not hairlined and does have a good bit of luster left even though I know these pices show no luster.
Can any of the bust guys tell me if that is just die lumps from a rusted die arount the birds talons?

Some coins are just plain "Interesting"

<< <i>Looks like a square base 2 with large 8s. >>
Actually it a square base 2 with small 8s...Overton 112 as the man with the messy desk has already said. It looks to be somewhere in the 50 to 53 range with one of the strongest strikes I remember seeing for this die marriage as most of them are very mushy on the reverse scroll. As for the dots on the reverse yes, they do appear to be caused by die rust.
All in all...VERY NICE!

Yes it is the O-112 R-3 (kudos messydesk and OKbustchaser) and yes OKBustchaser, it has really nice character to her, the markers are all strong.
She is just too darn light, but time will help. She is going into an old brown Kraft envelope for some down time.
Here is a pic of that nice re-cut C and shows some of her luster a little better.
Great opinions guys.
<< <i>Bathe it in acetone to remove any organic skin it may have, and it will tone nicely over time. Be sure to rinse it well before storage. >>
Great advice slumlord
Did just that about 2 hours ago
I wonder why you fellows are suggesting rinsing after an acetone dip. Never saw the need myself. I just flip it repeatedly on a soft 100% cotton cloth, and let it finish drying. Don't see how a rinse would do anything.

It's a pretty noxious solvent, and gives me a headache with the first whiff. It may or may not help to rinse, but I like the idea of rinsing off that stuff.
